While enhanced staff resources are available for large-scale client projects, most everyday work assignments are completed by an ICI principal. This is a marked contrast to the big agency model under which principals sell the business and then leave implementation to junior staff.
In addition to the classic agency model, ICI has developed two unique ways of doing business tailored to diverse client requirements:
• Overnight ‘remote’ materials development, marketing, communications and general consulting services.
• An ‘immersion PR’ program for clients requiring an intense hands-on service over a defined period.
